The company's purpose is: holding, acquisition, management and operation, development and realization of participations of any kind in financial, industrial, commercial and real estate companies, as well as the holding of intangible assets and rights. The company also aims to carry out all activities in the real estate sector, both in Switzerland and abroad, including in particular:
1. Main activities
a. Acquisition and sale: the purchase, sale, exchange and holding of all real estate (residential buildings, commercial properties, undeveloped and developed land) for its own account.
b. Promotion and development: the development, design, planning and realization of real estate projects, including promotion, construction, renovation, conversion, energy efficiency (CECB) and enhancement of any built or unbuilt assets.
c. Management and administration: the management, administration, operation, leasing and administration of buildings and condominiums (PPE) for its own account or under a management mandate for third parties.
d. Consulting and expertise: consulting, assistance and expertise in real estate, tax matters (including optimization of maintenance deductions and real estate tax), as well as in investments and mortgage financing.
2. Financing and ancillary clauses
a. Financing: the granting of guarantees, loans or any other form of financing to its subsidiaries, affiliated companies or third parties, and the acquisition, holding and disposal of participations in other companies or enterprises, in Switzerland and abroad.
b. General operations: the execution of all other commercial, financial and industrial operations directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, and the creation of branches or subsidiaries.
3. Legal compliance (Lex Koller clause)
The company will comply, where applicable, with the provisions of the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE/Lex Koller).
