Support and promotion of countries, regions, as well as legal and natural persons in the following areas: a) in general mountain rescue, b) in the organization of rescue and transport in the event of natural disasters, c) in mountain rescue by air and land. Assistance is provided through the establishment of infrastructure facilities and the recruitment of domestic and foreign specialists for the training of pilots, flight attendants, mountain rescuers, doctors and other individuals and institutions. Beneficiaries may be provided with materials and equipment. In the event of a beneficiary's lack of financial resources, financing is made possible through the search for funds (sponsors or patronage). The quality standards applied by the foundation are those of IKAR (International Commission for Alpine Rescue) and KWRO (Cantonal Valais Rescue Organizations). The foundation does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit.
