The Company's purpose is to provide incubator and accelerator services for companies, as well as any other related services, for the benefit of Swiss and foreign companies, and in particular start-ups and scale-ups. The Company may also, in Switzerland or abroad, create subsidiaries and branches, take participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies and entities having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, in particular, when permitted by law, acquire, manage, operate and sell real estate, and acquire patents, trademarks, licenses, other intellectual property rights and know-how related to the activities mentioned above; and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
