The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules governing the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is: a) all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase and sale, development, enhancement and management of all properties; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable - directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
