The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, both domestically and abroad, participate in companies, assume representations, provide financing for its own or third-party account, as well as acquire, exploit, encumber, and sell patents, licenses, and other intellectual property. The company may also take financing, restructuring, and intercession measures in favor of affiliated companies or third parties, including granting them loans or securities.
