The Company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, holding, administration and management of majority or minority, direct or indirect participations in Swiss or foreign companies, as well as the provision of advice to companies of the same group, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, hold, encumber with limited real rights, administer and alienate real estate in Switzerland (for exclusively commercial use only) and abroad. It may grant loans or any other form of financing to affiliated companies, shareholders or third parties, as well as provide any type of security, for the direct or indirect benefit of affiliated companies, shareholders or third parties.
