The company's purpose is the promotion and distribution of shares in collective investment schemes to qualified investors in Switzerland or from Switzerland. The company may also provide advisory and support services in the areas of investment, wealth structuring, notably in the field of private equity, private debt, and unlisted assets. It may also provide strategic advisory services to private and institutional clients, notably family offices and high net worth individuals (UHNWI), without engaging in activities subject to authorization under financial services legislation. The company expressly excludes any activity of asset management for third parties within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Law on Financial Institutions (FinIA). It may carry out all commercial, financial, or real estate operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except those subject to prior regulatory authorization.
