The company's purpose is any activity in the real estate sector, including enhancement, promotion, general contracting, management, trading, i.e., buying and selling, renovation, transformation, and construction of any real estate object both in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). It may: participate in all enterprises and carry out all mobile, industrial, financial, and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the achievement of its purpose; grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage certificates or by the subscription of any other commitment, if this favors its interests; open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
