The purpose of the Company is the acquisition, holding and management of participations in other companies and businesses in Switzerland or abroad. The Company may open and maintain branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, represent third parties, carry out activities and conclude agreements aimed at promoting the purpose of the Company. The Company may grant direct or indirect financing (i) to companies directly or indirectly controlled, (ii) to the Company's shareholders and companies directly or indirectly controlled by such shareholders, as well as (iii) to the direct or indirect shareholders of the shareholders and companies directly or indirectly controlled by such shareholders and (iv) to other group companies, as well as (v) to third parties, and provide guarantees, sureties and collateral of any other kind in favor of the aforementioned persons or companies, even through the granting of a pledge or the transfer by way of security of the Company's assets, even if these guarantees, sureties or collateral of any other kind are granted without remuneration or compensation. The Company may acquire, manage and sell real estate.
