The company's purpose is to provide financial consulting services as well as to perform all types of services in the fields of corporate restructuring, acquisition and management of companies, and event management, all of which are excluded from operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in any other activity that has a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may in particular establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop and expand its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
