The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, administration, and management of interests in all companies, in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the coordination, control, and financing of their activities, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may provide all services to its subsidiaries or affiliated companies, particularly in the areas of management, administration, accounting, finance, strategy, marketing, and organization. It may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable, or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, notably by taking interests in similar companies.
