The Company's purpose is to operate restaurants in Switzerland and/or abroad and to carry out any commercial activity related to the restaurant industry (on-site, take-out, etc.) and local and seasonal products, including but not limited to on-site kitchen manufacturing, promotion (advertising, etc.), marketing in any form, delivery, export and import; to file, acquire, hold and sell patents and/or all intellectual property rights (trademarks, etc.) and to acquire, hold and grant licenses; to grant loans and/or any form of financing to one or more Associates, group companies of which the Company is a part and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if it serves the interests of the Company; to provide guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more Associates, group companies of which the Company is a part and/or one or more third parties to secure commitments and/or obligations of one or more Associates, group companies of which the Company is a part and/or one or more third parties, if it serves the interests of the Company.
