AMAG Group Hilfsfonds

The purpose of the foundation is to provide for the employees of the «AMAG Group AG» (hereinafter referred to as the founding company) and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, as well as to support the beneficiaries or their dependents in need due to illness, accident, disability, unemployment. The purpose of the foundation can be fulfilled through insurance contracts, whereby the foundation must be the policyholder and beneficiary. The foundation may also provide services to other tax-exempt pension institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries to finance contributions and insurance premiums. These contributions shall be deemed employer contributions, unless mandatory provisions prevent this.
