The company's primary purpose is to provide services for the search, acquisition, examination, negotiation, conclusion, and execution of a direct or indirect acquisition of one or more operating companies or businesses in Switzerland and abroad, whether through an asset deal, share deal, merger, quasi-merger, or otherwise. After the completion of this acquisition, the company's purpose also includes providing services for the operation of the acquired company or business and holding this company or business within a group under unified management. The company may engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that appear to promote the company's purpose or are related to it. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, acquire and sell businesses. In particular, the company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries, as well as to third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, and provide security of any kind for the obligations of these parties, including through pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or not.
