The purpose of the company is to engage in research, development, and the creation, acquisition, and marketing of intellectual property (IP) for differentiated, innovative, and generic pharmaceutical formulations. The company's purpose includes the development of injectable, oral, ophthalmological, and novel drug delivery systems, as well as the compilation and maintenance of regulatory documents such as Drug Master Files (DMFs) and Common Technical Documents (CTDs). The company can license or transfer such documents, technologies, and IP to commercial partners worldwide through strategic alliances, technology transfers, and licensing agreements. The company may participate in other ventures, acquire, exploit, manage, and dispose of real estate, establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and abroad, and perform all legal acts that may be associated with the company's purpose or that are suitable to promote its development or that of group companies.
