The company may also engage in all commercial or other activities that are related to and not contrary to the company's purpose, acquire, hold and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as take, directly or indirectly, participations and interests in other companies or enterprises having or not having a similar or related object or purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also establish branches, secondary offices, subsidiaries, agencies, acquire other companies and participate in any form in enterprises with similar or dissimilar purposes, both in Switzerland and abroad. In addition to this, the Company may perform management consulting and coordination activities in the field of HR (Human Resources) of Direction, in support of the processes and activities provided for in the structure of the Client, with extensive operations in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also provide management consulting services for personnel administration services, job organization and communication for internal and external relations; collection, analysis and pre-selection of documentation of potential candidates to support the Client's research activities, and project coordination with the designated areas for the creation of databases. Finally, the Company may perform consulting and coordination services with the relevant structures of third parties, regarding the planning and coordination of activities preparatory to obtaining or renewing Quality or Workplace Safety Certifications.
