The acquisition, sale, holding and management of participations in all types of companies and enterprises. With regard to participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use. The Company may participate in Switzerland and abroad in any renovation and construction project through subcontracting, real estate trading or property development; the exploitation by lease, rental or otherwise of all real estate assets and rights owned by the Company. The acquisition of real estate in Switzerland will be limited to properties with exclusively commercial use. The Company may be active in assistance, technical, financial and commercial consulting. The Company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and real estate transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may also create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
