The company's main purpose is to acquire participations in other companies, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches or subsidiaries, - participate in other enterprises that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, - in general, engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - handle these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, - grant loans to shareholders and to third parties, grant leases, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
