1. Provide a scientifically based statistical and information foundation on declarations, pacts, and conventions at the local, regional, and international levels related to human rights.
2. Provide a democratic platform for dialogue, coordination, and integration of efforts by governmental and non-governmental organizations involved in human rights advocacy.
3. Promote human rights culture and raise awareness among those interested in various civil society institutions and governmental institutions.
4. Assist governmental and non-governmental organizations in monitoring, documenting, and following up on the human rights situation, and strengthen and improve human rights at all legislative and applied levels.
5. Pay special attention to the human rights of vulnerable segments of society, such as children, the elderly, and people with special needs.
6. Participate in building a state governed by the rule of law, democratic humanitarian institutions, and society.
7. Contribute to the process of reviewing local legislation, laws, and instructions, and propose scientific suggestions to align them with international human rights standards.
8. Strengthen humanitarian rights for women to enable them to effectively participate in public life and decision-making.
9. Support human rights activists, particularly those who have participated in specialized and foreign sessions on human rights.
10. Train relevant individuals on various human rights issues, with a focus on training trainers.
11. Pay special attention to the right to life and the abolition of the death penalty, academic freedoms in universities, freedom of opinion and expression, free and fair elections, women's rights, social protection, youth rights, and peace based on justice.
12. Align the Center's activities with the United Nations' system, programs, and mechanisms.
