The company's purpose includes all activities, except for any operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in the real estate sector in Switzerland and abroad, such as real estate promotion, the purchase and sale of real estate, the study, execution, and provision of all work or services in the field of building construction, civil engineering, public works, and general and total contracting, the management of renovation projects, real estate brokerage, real estate leasing, real estate enhancement and management, concierge services, building and garden maintenance, the holding of real estate or shares in real estate companies. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance of pledges and mortgage certificates or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
