The company's purpose is to operate public establishments of all kinds, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, food and beverage take-out sales stands, as well as all convergent activities, namely the purchase, sale, import, and export of goods necessary for this activity, event organization, and catering services. The company may carry out all operations and functions that are intended to develop its purpose or that have a direct or indirect connection with it. It may create branches in Switzerland or abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations except those prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts that are intended to develop its purpose or that relate directly or indirectly to it.
