The company's purpose is to provide advice, acquisition, sale and management of participations and securities in Switzerland and abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), providing related services to companies, as well as the acquisition, holding, development and trading of collectibles of all kinds. The company may, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE): - engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - participate in any enterprise having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; - grant loans, with or without security, to its shareholders or related parties, including companies directly or indirectly affiliated with it, or provide them with financial support in the form of security of any kind to guarantee obligations of these shareholders or related parties, in both cases with or without consideration.
