The foundation aims to support and care for socially and economically disadvantaged and needy people, particularly women and children, as well as people with special needs, both domestically and abroad, especially in developing countries. In implementing its purpose, the foundation prioritizes self-help assistance. The foundation can also entrust other organizations with carrying out its tasks, establish such organizations, and support existing ones. It also aims to develop strategies in partnership with local organizations to ensure economic and social development. It is authorized to establish branches in France and abroad within the scope of its purpose and to pursue joint projects with domestic and foreign charitable organizations with similar goals. The foundation is non-profit and does not pursue any profit. The foundation is politically and denominationally neutral, has a charitable character, is not profit-oriented, and does not pursue any profit-making goals. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation can operate domestically and abroad. The founder reserves the right to change the foundation's purpose in accordance with Art. 86a and Art. 86b of the Swiss Civil Code.
