The ZAAKM carries out necessary organizations to publicize and present great personalities and maintain their experiences, who are the bearers of Alevi-Bektashi culture and teachings. The ZAAKM is particularly sensitive to women's rights. It strives to achieve equality for women in society and carries out activities in this regard. It offers opportunities for women to discuss and address their rights and problems. The ZAAKM establishes a youth organization in its constitution and carries out work in the direction of the wishes and demands of young people. It carries out educational work to develop professional skills, to gain Alevi-Bektashi teachings, organizes courses, opens schools. It offers opportunities such as sports, entertainment and training camps for the education of mentally and physically healthy people and supports such organizations. The ZAAKM supports the equality of immigrants in Switzerland and works for the acquisition of voting rights. It is against racism, xenophobia and stands for the friendship and brotherhood of peoples. It works with democratic individuals and institutions in Switzerland to create public opinion and works on solving problems of discrimination and other immigration problems. The ZAAKM carries out necessary infrastructure work with the IABF to institutionalize Alevism in Switzerland. It seeks material and immaterial means for this purpose and procures them. The ZAAKM can acquire and sell movable and immovable property to achieve its purpose and realize its object.
