The purpose of the company is to acquire participations, in any form (Holding), in companies and entities, and in particular to participate in companies, for the realization of initiatives and the development of activities in the industrial, commercial, financial and service sectors; the purchase, sale and placement of shares, quotas, bonds, the assumption and placement of bond loans; the direct or indirect financing of group companies or third-party companies; the strategic, financial, technical and administrative coordination of the activities of the group companies; the provision of administrative and management services to group companies.
