The company's purpose is, in Switzerland and abroad, the acquisition, sale, holding, and management of stakes in all types of companies and businesses, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the federal law of December 16, 1983, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), as well as the management of assets of movable and immovable property. The company may also carry out all commercial, financial, movable, or immovable transactions (subject to the operations prohibited by the LFAIE), take stakes in other companies, establish partnerships and, in general, carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad. The company may create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
