The company's purpose is to sell barrels and bottles of Scotch Whisky and other spirits. The company may establish branches, acquire, hold, sell and grant intellectual property rights and licenses of any kind, acquire or sell real estate, grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent or subsidiary companies, whether for consideration or free of charge, and provide security for the liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges on the company's assets or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets, or by way of guarantees of any kind.
