The company may establish branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad as well as conduct all transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, dispose of and manage real property at home and abroad. It may also arrange financing for its own or third-party account as well as provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties and acquire, hold, manage and dispose of intellectual property rights. The company may grant direct or indirect financing (including cash pooling) to its direct or indirect subsidiaries, its direct or indirect shareholders as well as their direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, and provide security of any kind for liabilities of such companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether or not for valuable consideration.
