The association may issue and hold digital information units (tokens). The association may cooperate or affiliate with other organizations that represent the same or similar interests. The association may provide services for the benefit of its members or third parties, such as developing, deploying, and operating technologies and programs related to its purpose, and taking any actions that promote the interests of its members. The association may establish branches and representations, participate in companies, and found subsidiaries. It may acquire, hold, encumber, and dispose of domestic commercial properties and foreign real estate, as well as develop, acquire, hold, and dispose of rights to intellectual or industrial property, and acquire or grant licenses for such rights.
