Consultation is our specialization – not just a part of our service. For more than 25 years I have been intensively involved with hair, color changes, haircuts and above all with accurately assessing individual wishes and translating them into suitable solutions. This knowledge directly flows into our daily work. As a hairdresser, entrepreneur, trainer and coach I not only advise and accompany clients, but also coach other hairdressers in the area of consultation and customer communication. What sets us apart: we do not simply promise everything that would be possible. We also say no when a change does not do justice to the hair, the desired result or long-term quality. Because professional advice means for us to name possibilities as clearly as the limits. We combine experience, expertise and a precise understanding of personality, facial shape, skin type, hair structure, everyday life and individual wishes. This does not create a standard solution, but a realistic strategy that fits you and your hair – today and in the long term. Hair color is one of our core competencies – and healthy hair is part of the result for us. For over 25 years I have been intensively dealing with hair color, color changes and the development of individual color concepts. It is about more than just implementing a certain color or a trend. What matters is how we achieve the desired result and in what condition the hair remains afterwards. We work with different coloring techniques and combine them individually – including Global Color, highlights, babylights, balayage, foilyage, face framing, lowlights, glossing, tinting, bleaching, color changes and color corrections. Complex starting situations and already repeatedly treated hair also belong to our specialty. Especially with blond and large color changes, a realistic assessment is decisive. We analyze starting color, hair structure, history and the desired shade and then decide which technique makes sense – and which does not. Healthy, high-quality hair is not an add-on for us, but part of the color result. Therefore we rely on a controlled approach, individual formulations and a responsible handling of the hair structure. If a desired result would excessively impair the hair quality, we say so openly and jointly develop a better alternative. Our experience flows not only into work with our own clients: as a coach I also accompany other stylists and train them, among other things, in counseling, color understanding and professional execution. This allows us to offer high-quality extensions and, depending on the starting situation, hair structure and desired result, to choose the appropriate method. Our range includes hair extensions and hair thickening with wefts as well as other suitable extension techniques. The focus is not only on the result, but also on gentle handling of the natural hair. We strive for a light, natural and comfortable integration of the extensions. The right amount, placement and method are crucial so that the additional hair blends harmoniously with the own hair and moves naturally in everyday life. Our claim: fast, uncomplicated and professional to a visible change – without unnecessarily complicated procedures. From the first consultation to the selection of length, color and hair quality, to the application and further care, we accompany you personally. We always first check whether extensions are suitable for your hair and which solution fits your wishes.
