The company's purpose is to operate one or more dental clinics in Switzerland and/or abroad, including - without limitation - the provision of services in the field of dental surgery, orthodontics, periodontics, implant placement, dental hygiene, and dental prophylaxis; the purchase, sale, holding, administration, and management of shares in any companies active in the healthcare sector, with the exception of companies (with headquarters in Switzerland) whose purpose is the acquisition of real estate as defined in the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE); to file, acquire, hold, and sell all intellectual property rights and to acquire, hold, and grant licenses; to grant loans and/or other direct or indirect financing (including, but not limited to, cash pooling agreements) to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and/or to third parties, including its direct and/or indirect partners as well as the direct and indirect subsidiaries of these partners; to provide guarantees of any kind, whether paid or unpaid, and/or any other form of security, whether paid or unpaid, to one or more partners, to one or more companies in the group to which the company belongs and/or to one or more third parties in order to guarantee the commitments and/or obligations of one or more partners, of one or more companies in the group to which the company belongs and/or of one or more third parties, provided that this is in the interest of the company.
