Furthermore, it may carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and that promote its development. It also has the purpose of acquiring and managing participations, in any form, in all commercial, financial - after prior notification to FINMA - and industrial companies. The company will not solicit the public to obtain funds in deposits.
