The company's purpose is any commercial and industrial activity related to luxury goods in the fields of watchmaking, jewelry, goldsmithing, their components, precious materials and stones, accessories, leather goods, works of art, wines, and any consumer goods. This includes, among other things, the creation, design, manufacture, prototyping, purchase, sale, brokerage, distribution, and consulting related to products in the luxury goods sector. Also included are any type of vehicles (boats, planes, cars, etc.) and real estate, excluding any operations subject to the LFAIE. To this end, the company may, in particular: engage in consulting activities and alternative products related thereto; acquire and sell patents, take or grant manufacturing and/or trade licenses; take participations in Switzerland and abroad in companies active in the luxury sector or not; engage in any financial, commercial, movable, real estate (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE), or industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans of any kind or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
