In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial and securities transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may participate in companies or enterprises with a similar or other purpose and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, as well as grant and obtain loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties.
