Procurement of affordable housing, construction and acquisition of residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent, in particular, promotion of affordable housing construction in the sense of federal housing promotion and corresponding cantonal and communal ordinances. The cooperative may acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses, and also sell plots of land or parts thereof, in which case members of the cooperative are given the opportunity to acquire property or apartments at the production costs, taking into account all costs and expenses.
