The company's purpose is to operate a fiduciary business in Switzerland and abroad, and to execute related mandates, including all advisory and analytical services in the field of securities trading and real estate. To this end, the Company may provide administrative services and participate in financial and commercial activities. It may also participate in the financing of other group entities to which the Company belongs, in the interest of the group, including by providing guarantees and securities of all kinds. The Company may hold participations in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The Company may also engage in any activities directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purpose.
