Development of software and provision of related services as well as trade in and manufacture of products related thereto. May engage in all activities connected with the company's purpose, in particular acquire, sell and manage participations in other companies, establish subsidiaries or branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire and sell real estate, and provide direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and grant security of any kind for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company and companies in which these shareholders have an interest), including by way of pledges, fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets, or provide guarantees, enter into suretyships or otherwise secure or guarantee the obligations of these other companies, whether for consideration or not and even if such financing or security transactions are in the exclusive interest of another company.
