The company may acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as participate in companies and enterprises. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subordination procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with the current Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a LAFE. The company may engage in all activities that are related to its purpose.
