The company's purpose is to operate an architecture and urban planning office; to carry out all financial, commercial, movable and immovable transactions in direct or indirect connection with the main purpose. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions, except those prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
