This includes services such as: PC support and administration, manual assistance in adapting living spaces, assistance with billing according to the Bern model (assistance wages, IV, SPITEX, VIBEL, insurances, etc.), help with coordinating and billing with authorities and service providers, and individual needs assessment and organization of necessary assistance.
