to act as a Dealer in Securities - Full-Service Dealer Licence excluding underwriting (Investment Dealer-Full-Service Dealer Licence excluding underwriting) under the Securities Act 2005, as amended and to engage in any act or activity which is not prohibited by any law for the time being in force in the Republic of Mauritius, including but not limited to: to procure the Company to be registered or recognised in any territory; to cease to carry on and wind up any business or activity of the Company, and to cancel any registration and to wind up and procure the dissolution of the Company in any territory; to appoint agents, experts and attorneys to do all such business and things as aforesaid in the name and on behalf of the Company or any business or thing in which the Company is acting as agent or is in any other manner interested or concerned in any part of the world; to have all powers authorised by the law for the time being in force in the Republic of Mauritius, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Memorandum of Association, to do all such acts and things as are necessary, expedient or accessory to the conduct, promotion or attainment of the aforesaid objects of the Company or any of them.
