The company is an asset manager within the meaning of Art. 17 FINIG. The company aims to provide asset consulting, asset management, and investment advisory services pursuant to Art. 19 para. 1 FINIG, the development of financial products, as well as the provision of supporting services in the field of general financial and asset consulting. Activities that require a license as a bank or securities dealer are explicitly excluded. The company may acquire, encumber, sell, broker, and manage real estate both domestically and abroad, establish branches both domestically and abroad, acquire participations in domestic and foreign companies, found subsidiaries both domestically and abroad, and enter into all transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company directly or indirectly.
