It may engage in trading activities, import-export of foodstuffs, etc. It may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate. Real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without undergoing the LAFE authorization procedure) on the condition that it is intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a LAFE.
