The company's purpose is to provide services in the fields of consulting, real estate brokerage, hotel management, real estate work and concierge services, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may: establish branches in Switzerland and abroad; assume participations in all companies in Switzerland and abroad; conduct all mobile, real estate, financial and commercial transactions and perform all functions that would be of a nature to develop the company's purpose or that would have a direct or indirect connection with this purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
