1. The purchase, sale, manufacture, import and export of all products, machines, articles, substances, including in particular (a) high-performance materials and fibers and related articles, in particular personal protective equipment and (b) high-performance polymers and other materials related to the automotive, packaging and advanced materials industries, and primarily those manufactured or produced by DuPont de Nemours Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA or by any company of its group; the provision of consulting services, mainly in the fields of safety and operational excellence; 2. The sale of these products mainly to customers domiciled abroad; 3. The purchase, use, sale or exchange of patents, manufacturing processes and trademarks, the granting or use of related licenses; 4. Participation, in any form, in commercial, financial or industrial enterprises, directly or indirectly related to the above purposes; 5. The management of such participations; 6. The operation of laboratories for both pure and applied research in all areas of its activity; 7. The acquisition, management and disposal of real estate and participations, excluding residential properties and participations in companies holding residential properties; 8. The realization, on its own account, on behalf of its group companies or on behalf of third parties, of all financial, commercial and securities transactions, directly or indirectly related to its purpose or intended to promote it; 9. The granting of loans or provision of all other services (including financial services) to its direct or indirect shareholders or to its direct or indirect sister or subsidiary companies, as well as to third parties, including the conclusion of cash pooling agreements, and the provision of guarantees of any kind on its assets, including by way of pledges or fiduciary transfers or by way of guarantees of any kind, to secure the obligations of its direct or indirect shareholders, its direct or indirect sister or subsidiary companies or third parties, in each case with or without consideration and even if these transactions are in the exclusive interest of third parties.
