The company's purpose is to operate a general building enterprise and all activities related to the realization of real estate projects, promotions, development, enhancement, purchases and sales of real estate, brokerage, management, in Switzerland and abroad, for all types of properties, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
