The company's purpose is: the acquisition, administration and management of shareholdings in any financial, commercial, real estate, industrial or other companies, in Switzerland or abroad, within the limits of the LFAIE; the operation of a workshop for the creation and promotion of art in Switzerland and abroad. The company may carry out any financial, commercial or real estate operations in connection with its purpose or capable of promoting it; it may in particular grant loans or guarantees of any kind to its shareholders or to third parties, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, take shareholdings, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, all excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
