The purpose of the company is: a) the trade of all products, in particular art objects and leather goods, luxury second-hand accessories, as well as all activities and services in the fields of art and product marketing; b) the management of mandates, as well as any service and consulting operations, administration, representation of any business and operation in the real estate sector; c) on an ancillary basis, the execution of all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the above purpose, as well as the acquisition of interests in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form whatsoever, to its associates or third parties.
