The sale of new and used high-end watches, as well as all services and consulting activities in this field, both for companies and individuals, including all consulting activities in the context of business combination projects, including the establishment of partnerships and commercial and/or financial agreements, and/or as an intermediary (intermediation) for the sale or acquisition of companies in all commercial and/or financial sectors, as well as all consulting activities related to the management of a watch collection on behalf of third parties and in all purchase and sale transactions of watch models. In addition to consulting activities, the company also aims to carry out investment operations in Switzerland and abroad, both as a minority and majority shareholder in the capital of companies with or without a direct link to the watchmaking sector, excluding any real estate activity in Switzerland that does not have an exclusively commercial purpose and any activity subject to the Federal Law on Financial Institutions (LEFin). The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or securities transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to contribute to its realization and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies.
