The purpose of the company is: a) the design, production, installation and trade of all visual communication media, as well as services and consulting in the field of visual communication, graphic arts and marketing; b) the operation of a digital printing and laser cutting business for all materials; c) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the above purposes, as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its associates or third parties.
